My partner and I just completed a course in Speech Reading at VCC (Vancouver Community College). I’m just throwing out a mention here for anybody who’s in Vancouver + is hard of hearing or has friends/family who are HofH. (Anybody can attend.)
Lisa Dillon-Edgett, PhD, Audiologist, is the instructor and she’s amazing, knowledgeable, personably, resourceful, and helpful. What’s more, VCC’s courses for the deaf and hard of hearing are tuition free.
